Lilypad Data is priced based on “Distributor Connections.” By Connection we mean a distributor who is sending your account, product, and depletion data directly to Lilypad for integration. Every beverage team is different so we have tiered pricing to keep LP Data affordable. 

For your first two distributor connections you pay $100 per month, per distributor. 

For every connection after your first two connections you pay $50 per month, per distributor. 

If you have more than 25 distributors give us a call to talk about volume pricing. 

One time on-boarding fees are tied to the total number of users on your team. 

  • Up to 15 users – $1000
  • 16 to 25 users – $1500
  • 26 to  35 users – $2000
  • 36 to 50 users – $2500
  • 51 to 75 users – $3000
  • 76 to 100 users – $4000
  • 101 to 150 users – $5000
  • 150 to 200 users – $6000

You can buy LP CRM without LP DATA, but you cannot buy LP DATA without LP CRM. 

Our CRM provides teams with a suite of tools to make beverage sales easier. You don’t have to integrate your distributor data to use the CRM, but when you do you unlock powerful tools and insights like placement tracking, invoice matching, advanced account mapping and more.

We think of on-boarding in two phases. 

  • First, we need to get your account setup and configured with your account universe, products, activity preferences, placement settings, initial goals and more. 
  • Second, we need your team comfortable using the software in the field. 

We have an amazing team of account managers and implementation specialists that will be holding your hand throughout the process. We understand that you can’t stop everything to solely focus on a software rollout, so we have developed a plan that allows for a timely implementation with minimal disruption.

Phase one mentioned above is about a two week process for LP CRM, consisting of a bit of data gathering, about 3 calls with our team, and some field testing/tweaking before the team launch call. Setting up LP DATA takes four weeks on average but varies depending on your distributors responsiveness and integration readiness.

Phase two of the rollout goes until your team is comfortable. We will will keep you in the on-boarding phase until we all agree that your team is rocking.

We do not offer free trials, however for larger teams we can work through a trial period that has proven successful for many of our more dispersed clients. Trials need to be well planned and executed, or we are wasting your time and ours. A proper trial phase, with documented success criteria, can be very beneficial for a long term partnership. You’ll need to decide what works best for your team and management style. The points are there to help put some science behind field execution. Similar to putting on a Fitbit bracelet to track your steps, we use a point based system to track field execution. Only we allow you to weigh action differently to put more emphasis. When you pair activity bases metric with placement tracking and fulfillment metrics, you can really deduce the overall efforts and create a more detailed coaching plan. 

Most of our clients have incorporated field execution tracking into their incentive or bonus plans. Some pay on those metrics, others use them as a qualifier to the placement or CE based bonus.

Yes. We can integrate your 3rd Party depletion data to enhance a number of awesome features in Lilypad. You’ll get all of the functionality included with LP DATA, the difference is we process the data from the 3rd Party as soon as they deliver it instead of getting it directly from the distributor. This is something we can walk you through on a demo call and explain all of your options.

No worries, you can use Lilypad without depletions. We simply hide features that require this data, while allowing you to take advantage of all our great features to coach, plan and manage your team and distributor partnerships. Nope, your team will be sending recaps over to their distributor partners directly from our platform, however distributor teams are not required to create logins to view these reports.
