When you first log in to Lilypad, you’ll immediately notice a refined homepage complete with a search icon in the top right corner. This allows you to quickly toggle between accounts without having to sift through the platform.
Conquer Your Day to Day
We get it! Remembering each item associated with your entire account footprint is challenging. We’re talking savant-esque memorization here. Lilypad 3.0 makes your life easier with its “Today’s Schedule” tab – granting full visibility into your daily tasks.
This tab serves as a central point for critical updates, action items, and calendar appointments so you and your sales reps never miss a beat.
You can also view monthly progress on your daily placement fulfillments, receive alerts when issues arise with accounts that have not been visited in a while, and get an organized list of the day’s scheduled events. Take the guesswork out of your day-to-day.
Drill Down Further with Our Revamped Sales Tab
Lilypad 3.0’s new “Sales” tab allows you to easily toggle between your account and distributor views. You will be sure to enjoy the new time-period dropdown feature that shows sales comparisons from the previous two years to the current year. This functionality helps you to drill down even further and assess your sales performance by quarter so you can make any necessary adjustments to get back on track and create a better rate of sale within your footprint with actionable intelligence from your own sales data.
Track Account Feedback
Don’t get ghosted by your follow-up surveys! 3.0 alerts users to surveys still in progress with an indicating shade and badge. This can be found under your activities tab. Your reps will know which accounts to follow up with as needed based on their responsiveness.
Other Areas of Improvement

- A red notification badge for incomplete tasks! Don’t miss a thing and knock off those checklist items for each account.

- Baby got a new back button! Ever wanted to throw your phone after clicking the back button on the old version? Rest assured your device can stay safely in hand with our optimized back button that doesn’t punt you back to the main page.
- We cleaned up well. Lilypad’s redesign features a cleaner look with sleek Fintech branding, new fonts, buttons, and more.
